My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the hospitality made us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms offered stunning views, and the activities for kids were a big hit. On the downside, the dining experience could have been a bit better, and we noticed a lack of outdoor games. Overall, it's a great family-friendly getaway, but there are areas for improvement.
